In a certain period of time, the importance of car interior space has risen very fast. In 2004, only 4% of car owners put interior space as the primary reason for buying a car. By 2008, this proportion had risen to 9%.
One of the reasons why Chinese consumers pay more attention to external perception is related to the development characteristics of the Chinese market. Most Chinese consumers buy cars for the first time and do not know much about car use experience. They care about the price, appearance style, interior space, feel and visual harmony. We can't say that we don't pay attention to a series of parameters and dynamic performance, but we don't know much about it and lack the ability to judge.
For quite a long time, for manufacturers who spend a lot of energy designing the appearance of cars, car interiors are just a follow-up issue that lacks attention. Since the rapid growth of the private car market, people have gradually begun to pay attention to car interiors, and interior design has slowly begun to develop. But so far there is still a big gap between domestic and international advanced level.
